OK now I can see that letter from the NASD.

Could it be possible that the inquiry from NASD is just routine or not?

If Berman is as GOOD as stated in that PR, this would actually be GOOD for RSDS RIGHT!

Berman a consultant and 150 mines after the first claims, I really do not think that he would go ahead and buy more claims and be appointed as a new board member if he was doing something wrong.

I am also surprised that the NASD letter was from March 14, 2007, and we only know about it now.

If Berman is really being quiet about this IMO it is because he already dealt with it and it's not a problem.

Berman also stated that he would not release Fluff PR for "quick investor bucks"(I forgot exactly how it goes but something like that).

IMO I really think that MR. Berman KNOWS what he is doing.

I look forward to future statements from RSDS regarding this matter when Mr. Berman thinks it is necessary.

The only thing I really want to see is RSDS stating that mining has begun, until then everything is really not a big deal to me.

Think about it guys, if a CEO like Berman knows about consulting other companies regarding the NASD compliance would that not make our CEO PERFECT for resolving issues like this if it is in fact that the NASD is just doing routine checks on the company or not. And if our company deals with URANIUM would that not be something done before the company starts mining claims if there are interests in this company on many different levels.

Does anyone else beside myself think that RSDS is getting ready to explode when it finally starts mining or releases info that the 504 is done or even a PR clearing up the NASD letter.

If Berman did say that it was all cleared up, then all of this is GREAT PUBLICITY and were all in for a treat.
