ThSeeker- if you figure a p/e of 20 for 319M shares, we would need to have $15.6M in earnings. I don't know if we're @ the $50-60M in revenue at this time to make that much (probably at a rate of only 2,300 oz/mo. right now).

On a purely financial basis, the offer is fair. What has me baffled is the discount on the amount of reserves Aurus has-- someone is getting a steal on those.
