Take a chill pill. What on earth do you mean that they caught us with our pants down? They merely apprised us of the offer price, which, if you haven't noticed is well above the current stock price. Stop moaning and blaming others just because they didn't announce $25 per share. At least we are making a profit if they do accept the offer. GLTA!
