I agree with your statement. It's exactly what I was thinking as well. I think management may have seen the speculation of potential offer price and wanted to make sure the stock price didn't spiral out of control before the announcement and then have some very angry shareholders. If anything, I think it's an incredibly honest thing to do and probably saved people from losing money if the price had risen above .38.

Don't completely understand the panic and anger. This is still a 3 bagger from here. How many times does that happen?

Of course, I would have loved to see $3 as an offer, but .38 works for me too since I will be making a decent profit. Hope others see it this way as well. It'll be interesting to see what the next couple of days hold. I believe management will accept this offer, otherwise I don't think they would have revealed the price today. All just my humble opinion. GLTA!

You make an excellent point. The PPS could have gone above $.38 tomorrow (somewhat unlikely in my opinion, but definitely possible) which would have pi$$ed a lot of people off once the offer was made public. That makes the most sense to me.

I'm not terribly disappointed with $.38. I would have liked to see $.50, but I'll take what I can get.
