gtv--I read your question as a serious one.
There are several O&G companies in the DFW area. Lots of the companies working the Barnett shale...which is being developed hugely by Devon and Chesapeake.
In Texas, it's important to meet personally with business associates. E-mail has its limitations as far as building trust and confidence at the personal level.
That said, I'm not aware of any immediate suitors in the DFW area (doesn't mean there's not any--just that I'm not aware of them). I do know there's more potential suitors in DFW than there is in Graham. KAA and company know that too.
