Well you must have looked at what DeVries did to all his other ventures? Its just basic DD.
The door is about to close and this is the last gasp. Civil judgments, disgorgement, bans and fines look to be just over the horizon. Drago vs starts May 1st and the OSC should have more soon after.
I would be glad to bet you a "public apology for stupidity" that we will see something like fines,bans,disgorgement and not .25c shares?

In the end, remember who and what led you down the path.
