OK I predicted 50 cents to $3 here and said if I was wrong I would say so here. I WAS WRONG. Unfortunately I thought if I was wrong it would be because the offer was higher not lower than my prediction.
That being said none of us has any idea what this company is worth. The 9 billion in assets is not in a warehouse it is in the ground or in tailings. None of us have any idea what the assets are worth after expences to extract it. 38 cents may be a good offer or it may be really low. I dont know. What I do know is getting this offer is a good thing. Now we just need to see what transpires over the next few days. I would like to see them ask the bidder for more and than except.
