Aurus Announces Share Purchase Price


NEW YORK, NY, Apr 23, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Aurus Corp. (PINKSHEETS:
AURC) announces that it received an offer of $.38 per share for all the
outstanding shares.

The president, Mr. Dovgan, states, "This offer shall be reviewed at a Special
Meeting of the Board of Directors which was convened for April 24, 2007. The
conclusions of this Meeting shall be released to the shareholders on April 24,
2007 at the market close."
