If you want me to get off your case, all you have to do is this:

+ Open the current PP to all SEVU shareholders and don't take a large stake in it, say no more than 2 million shares, provided you have paid what you owe SEVU FIRST: $278,000 + Interest on some $587,000 in Loan Balances over 15 months...

+ Repay the $278,000 Cash you owe to SEVU and don't keep it to buy shares in the PP: that would look and be really BAD...

+ Pay a reasonable Interest on the Cash balances you borrowed from SEVU for 15 months: you already awarded yourself plenty of shares...

+ Drop one of the Gould from the Board and replace him with a person chosen by the non-insiders...

+ Issue ONLY Truthful PR's and not this Misleading Crap...
