ENGY Will It Bounce off a Higher Low?

Stochastics looking nice and oversold...OBV looks strong imo. Still no news or promotion that I've seen. 10QSB about 2 weeks old but yahoo just updated their financials:

Any thoughts? I know I've seen much worse from companies that had much higher share prices...but then they usually were putting out some ink.

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
