as stated in a post here... my thinking on mm manipulation ... it is a bogus argument in my opinion...

agree... but that kind of proves the point of everyone yelling naked shorting all the time on every stock in the universe these days...
the truth is, when are we as retail shareholders going to stop blaming every downtick and pps downward action on every stock on shorting and get to the real issue.... the issue is we have allowed the mismangement types and illwill managements of many if not almost all small cap and even some large cap stocks to blame or us the shorting illegal issue for their mismanagment styles.... to make it clear I am not talking about sfnn or any particular company but as a whole now.... the issue should be shareholders directing the pps failures on these companys and not allowing the companys to skirt freely on yelling we are being shorted... this is old and convient for companys to do..... they and they alone are responsible for the success or failure in the company and the pps of the stock.... in certain issues such as illegal shorting, which I do believe is being done, that can become a problem for management but the management still has a responsibilty to address the reasons for companys being illegally naked shorted.... those issues are simple , they are bad funding with pipe deals, which any and all ceo's by now should be aware of and not do, hedge funds, that needs regulation on and OFFshore to control but these companys should band together and go the the sec and congress for action, which they do not or simply just do the right thing for the shareholders and the company and be totally transparent, proper share counts and become profitable and just run the companys for the owners we the shareholders and stop running them as most do a personal thiefdoms by lining their personal managements pockets with "OUR" hard earned money..... all those can and should be addressed.... so I say... everyone , don't buy the convient company line when the pps is falling direct the anger at the management for not doing all they can do for us the shareholders... one last point in this shorting issue.... too many blame the Market makers..... the truth is they are just that making a market and if anyone thinks about what they do with thousands of companys to make that market in and think they worry about pinko land pps's and know what each and every company does for purposes of shorting them for gain, then i suspect a reality check... market makers could care less about a company, they make their money on making markets and shorting is part of the making of that market it is not illegal for them to do.... some illegal types but they are making money on the spread/fee and mostly that only so please everyone think about this when every stock owned by the shareholders proclaims the mm's are trying to drive the pps down.... all in my opinion nothing more and nothing less... good luck and I am waiting to step up here ...
