Agreed. And Sandy could be stockpiling all these shares, thus lowering the float and triggering the potential for a run. I truly believe that Sandy bought back MANY more than what he is saying, but is keeping those announcements quiet. He will gather 5 billion shares, announce only 1 billion along the way, then drop the big announcements, raising the price. THEN, he will start announcing additional BB's to give the illusion that he is buying at much higher prices when we start running. It's a genius move, if that is indeed what he is currently doing. And, like steffman said, he is keeping the numbers low as well, due to BB restrictions which he may have hurdled.
