Regardless of C.N's response I worry when this kind of change happens this close to the release of year end financials. TKT did not just discover that one company was not renewing a membership or that the other could not supply the necessary services on both sides of the border. If the story is true it's a corporate blunder to not have the story straight earlier than this as we are only about 2 weeks from financials. I suspect that unaudited financial releases would concern an auditing firm if they were unaware it was going to happen. The truth, of course, will be self evident soon. The company proposed is indeed a big leaguer with clients in the telecommunications business in China and the East. Perhaps that explains some of it. Saturday press releases away from the glare of weekday scrutiny also are unusual. I think the way the stock price reacts this week will be telling.
