Hey Mark. How's it going?
I hit a 180 tonight in game. This is after drilling holes in the concrete and anchoring my oche. You would have thought that I would have done that long ago. I finally got tired of it slidding back from me walking on it. Darts is a game of absolute precision, and the oche often moving 1 to 2 inches backwards is no good at all!
I updated the iBox. The World Series of Darts has been changed to the PDC US Open. It's somewhat the same, except the 1 mil prize is out the window, and it seems a little trickier to get in the door. I'm not going to go for it this year. Truth is, I'm just not ready. It took Phil Taylor 2 years before he turned pro, and I guess it would take me at least 3 then... seeings how I did not grow up playing the game as he did.
But the stoke is getting a little better one day at a time. I think it alot like golf in that one little hitch can totally throw off your shot. My shot is starting to feel more natural, and when I follow through well, it should be close to a spot on copy of you know who :)
