Do I read this right or am I the only one who noticed the way this is written...."The due diligence completed by the negotiating parties provides them with a complete insight into the company, its management, its associates, and all necessary data pertinent to their potential acquisition."

This is not about mining the property or is it? Or is this about what is really written down? Is this Les speak or the truth? Is "acquisition" an acquisition or the right to mine the property? Hum, inquiring minds want to know.....
