Interesting discussion and I am happy that it has been brought up. I have thought about this often but it didn't occur to me that perhaps someone on the board might have (access to?) the information.

As we know, there are many applications for the plastic. If there is no doubt to the electrical properties of the material, I wonder what mechanical properties it holds. I know, of course, that the enclosing substrate plastic can be of whatever type but I am just curious. What temperatures could it withhold (e.g. as plastic for heating bodies), how quickly it would be abrazed as e.g. brushes in an electromotor, etc.

It's a wide question, but if there have been any successful tests or any other pieces of information, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Also, has anyone any clue when small companies would be able to acquire a license for EP to develop new products? I'm sure they focus on large accounts at the moment, but it'd be pretty cool to use EP for an innovative product.
