On this past Friday, April 20th, the 5 company officers filed S-4 forms with the SEC. The breakdown is as follows.

VP Gen. Council..........Tom Walker..........108,008 shares @4.39
CFO...........................Jeff Wilson............107,614 shares @4.39
VP Research...............Madhavan Sridhar...82,000 shares @4.39
VP Sales.....................Ian Brown..............46,800 shares @4.39

I believe we will see the next move take place between May 1-15. Should see a surge prior to May 8th. MVIS is in Orlando for a wireless show the 8th thru the 10th, and CEO is addressing investment community in Monterey on the 8th. This will also be nearing the timeframe the CEO has laid out for an announcement. Along with the above S-4 forms just taking place, the signs are there if you have followed the company closely over the past 2 years.
