Just throwing this out there. I purchased BCIT the day before the halt. I have not received any paperwork/summons,nor do I appear on the list of shareholders.
My purchase of BCIT was made thru Ameritrade.
My account does indeed reflect the purchase...Cusip # ends in 106.
My thinking is Ameritrade posted the buy to my account but never actually settled the trade hoping this would all just go away someday.
