E’trade’s customer agreement says it is to be deemed to be made in and under the laws of the state of New York. I am thinking of adding a statement to my response reserving the right to challenge the jurisdiction of a Oklahoma County Court at some point in the future.
I don't think you can do that. My understanding is that if you want to request an extension of time or challenge jurisdiction, you must do it before you provide an official Answer to the complaint. By answering (rather than simply responding with a request for an extension or a jurisdictional challenge), you're accepting the Court's jurisdiction.
