If Etrade, or any broker/dealer does business with clients that reside in a certain state, in this case Oklahoma, they must register with that state.

That being said, the trades that we have executed for us by Etrade et al, are in no way connected to the jurisdictional rights that Megas' attourneys so feebly attempt to describe and claim. Once any trade reaches the B/D for execution, it is the their domicile, not the original seller's that takes preference for the buyer. Has nothing to do with the internet nor telephones , for that matter. The sale of shares has always been a "gentleman's market". And you are correct, you did not buy anything from BCIT corporate, unless, that is, BCIT (Megas and Sytner) was part of the fraudulent activity.

Were there some individual transactions executed in Oklahoma? Search way back for the broker named: Poe, and the B/D that employed him. That is the problem of that specific B/D and Etrade, if they bot the shares directly from them or not if via a MM'r. (Both are certainly possible)
