Great comparison and if management did disclose offer of .50 to .60, it would only be for purposes of showing stockholders that the shares are undervalued at current PPS.

"Why would they even waste there time considering an offer of .50 -.60. You don't think management knows what the company is worth. Thats like me going to the local Mercedes Dealer and offering 30% of the sticker price. Do you think the salesman is taking the offer to his manager for consideration."
