The symbol changes were registered though, and show up on the daily lists ... therefore, someone had to file paperwork with the exchange.

The Birman side of the paperwork would have been forged if the shell was jacked.

Birman filed for liquidation circa 2000 or 2001 (sorry don't have links handy atm). Hackerproof arrived on the scene in late 2005 or 2006 I believe. If a corporation files for dissolution in some states, the shell cannot be reactivated after a few years (lol, am NOT on firm ground at all here, so this all very speculative).

Anyways, the officers of Birman are on record, I may try to contact them to see if I can get any info from them (or at least some free medical advice, lol).

Even if it was a jacked shell, it does not necessarily mean ACMG is a scam, it definitely means it is a mess though (and could possibly explain the lack of financials, shrug).
