Did SPEA have a R/S involved?? the thing for me is in my trading career i have been burned a few times by R/S and how they kill the pps yet alone the company. They stay stagnant after R/S and do nothing. However i have never been involved in an R/S that is involved with a reverse merger( im new to this field). Is the only way a R/S successful is when it is teamed with a merger??

Is it safer to be involved in merger/shell plays that do not need or involve a R/S because OS/float is already low?? Isnt that where most of the huge runners examples come from.

I mean i have heard of many running leading up to R/S but those are usually followed by major sell-offs bc nobody wants to hold long post split, etc and some often see decrease in price post split.

I guess what im asking is for your help and clarification as to why you believe this will be successful post split? do u really believe they will try to get price to 4+ NASDAQ requirement very fast or ASAP or do you think that is their ultimate goal and it may take years to achieve that. Okay im sorry for the rambling, i really appreciate your DD and answers. thanks man
