You can be sure the buyer has looked at the 9 billion in reserves, figured out how many years and how much money it will take to extract them, and figured a conservative future price for the metals. After that they figured in a nice profit margin and discounted everything for what could go wrong. At that point they made an offer of some fraction of 9 billion $. My guess the other day was .50-$3 a share and im sticking by it. 2create thinks $3-$4 give or take .50 and he is much closer to the situation than I am. I will be really happy anywhere between .50 and $4.
