Does anyone think the Javelin Advisory Group has a relationship with this new MM that showed up? Maybe the cleanup is now complete and they are getting paid shares? (I don't know if thats possible or not)...plus I would have assumed they would be restricted.

Q. Please explain the business of Javelin Advisory Group.
A. Javelin is a combination of experienced individuals either inside Javelin itself or as part of Javelin’s vast network of consultants varying from public relations to legal to auditing to
capital raising, etc. The basic mantra of Javelin is to provide a complete package of services for small public companies to meet the SEC and other requirements of being public. Because of our capabilities, Javelin is introduced into clean-up type opportunities such as Franchise Capital. In a few cases where management has resigned, such as Franchise Capital, we will step into active, though interim, management roles.
