Did you ever find anything else about the company? I'm holding an 80% loss here, just because I could only sell at $1.10 and I'm not going to give away my shares. I guess they will do an SEC 10K filing this summer and that will be the next NEWS? Talk about a long term investment, lol.

That $3 price would be a good buy if we knew they weren't selling shares, but until I get some info, I'm just sitting tight.
