Looking through some previous PR's , I have the suspecion that they might engage in a IBCX/PRSU merger...which would lead them to a IBCX reverse split of apprx. 1 share of PRSU
for 28000 IBCX shares...
that of course is based on a A/S of 4 billions of IBAC shares..although we could be billions higher..??
The above assumption is based on the "float calculation" not including the restricted , as we all know those are the preferred shares of Hayter and Co.....Thats why they are pumping in all the 100drs of millions of shares out....to keep the "cash" from the sale/merger in their pockets...and hence will be able to start the whole game again with PRSU...like they did with IBAC and IBCX!! Thats what all the restricted shares are about in PRSU..!!
