Hate to bust your bubble?? First of all , "mighty mouse", I have to admire your persistence in keeping your pattern up, its just like the IBAC Mgt pattern, twisting the facts around as you please. Nobody is talking about taxes on equity. 'We are talking about the sale of the restaurant, which was "done" at a 4 million $ ...That looks like a nice gain...???
remember that they had "prelimenary " financials posted on the net claiming that they made some nice profits in 2006/2006..that much about your claim that they could add up losses??
Another nail in the coffin of the company seems to be that they either have to put up with the IRS...or admit that their "financials" were done to defraud the investors..??
I still think the IRS is an additional option to go after them..
