CFSA 2007 Fall Conference

Save the date now for CFSA's 2007 Fall Conference to be held on Nov. 5-6 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Historic Union Station in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Speakers at this year's educational program include NFDA president Michael St. Pierre and customer service expert Howard Hyden. Mr. St. Pierre will provide an update on NFDA events and important issues facing the death care profession. Mr. Hyden will lead attendees to a full understanding of the concepts required to take a business from average customer service to "Wow" customer service.

You'll have a unique opportunity to interact with businesses selling products or services within the death care community. Last year nearly 300 decision-makers attended the exhibition represented by more than 40 organizations.
