bigbake, E*Trade. My account shows the same. No value either just a quantity. PAIM says 1.00 each so when and if it starts trading 1.00 should be the starting point. Been with them for 11 years. Sounds like the agent is bashing them. Meanwhile I wait for them to either deposit my cert. or send it back See my post#1016.
