take a screen shot of the L2, crop it out in some image editing software or use Paint found int Programs>Accessories

save the image and upload it to some image hosting site etc.: http://www.photobucket.com

once you do that use the [ chart ] linktoyourimage [ /chart ]

you can see more about the [ chart ] command if you read the FAQ link located below the message box.
