Your present broker is going to charge you $$$ to transfer your holdings to another brokerage--per stock symbol. The name change along with the cusip change TOGETHER is what will shake the MM and the Hedge funds...it's the accountablity of several of the various agencies to match records that will do the trick.

I am very pleased with Zecco ( $0 trades ) and fast executions so far..
