I am based in Switzerland......sorry have not much possibility to file a complained with the IRS...but having lived in the US for a few years , it is common knowledge to me that matters with the IRS is, for a US citizen quite easy to follow up to...they love whistle blowers...and those guys, Hayter and Burmaster do not seem to be that bright people...so they might just not , only cheat investors, but might be in big trouble, unknowingly with the IRS??? After all the "sales" are all documented via the Internet PR's, no hiding that anymore..!
