That's the million dollar question. All these PR's since March when the 504 was filed could be used to dump the new shares into PR momentum. I also notice HR only shows up on PR days and says stuff like "start your engines". Does make you wonder if we're all being mis-directed with the PR's...

All thoughts posted here are just that.. mindless ramblings that are only my opinion!
