IMHO, Reverse Splits in pinky-land usually result in bad outcomes for the shareholders. Maybe that is because a RS is often used by disreputable con-artists in an attempt to sell/unload more shares before taking the money and running off with it. Also, the post RS share price often plummets after the split. If that is the case the shareholder will in essence 'lose' money. Can a RS be a good thing? Sometimes. For example, companies will sometimes use it to increase the share-price in an attempt to meet a threshold level for listing on certain boards. IMHO, PBLS and RS should not be mentioned together for a very long time, if ever, and only as part of a legitimate strategy to raise the share-price to meet listing requirements. Would it make sense to use a RS to move from the OTCQX Prime level (I know we are not even at that level yet, this is just an example) to the Premier level? I don't know. Obviously, it would be much better to manage the company so that the pps reaches that level without a RS. Again, IMHO, we do not want a RS!
