Diversified Oil and Gas Holdings (DVFI)

I received from BIGN an answer the 5th of March that they were still planning on becoming fully reporting by the end of Q1. Later they mailed me that the SEC thing had not delayed them. Still they did not report.

My guess is they want to get the relisting simultaniously with the release of the Financial Report.

My question to you guys and gals : what else is needed to get relisted apart from a Financial Report and how long would it take before one could get relisted anyhow ?
