PrimEdge CEO Releases Letter to Shareholders Describing Recent Accomplishments
PrimEdge, Inc., a diversified holding company owning and overseeing the operations of two majority owned subsidiaries, DigiKidz, Inc. and Orangebox Entertainment, Inc., today released a letter to shareholders from President Brian Schuster.

In the letter, Brian Schuster summarizes the Company's recent accomplishments during the last few months of 2007 and cites key goals for PrimEdge in the coming months.

Dear Shareholders:

These past few months have been very eventful ones for PrimEdge, Inc., and I want to draw your attention to some key company milestones.

First, as a Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") reporting company, I would like to draw to your attention that as of yesterday PrimEdge's Board of Directors has approved a plan to bring current all reporting of financial information and material events such that the company is fully compliant with all reporting requirements of the SEC. The Board of Directors and I feel that filing these reports will give all of our shareholders a better and more in depth understanding of the company's historical progress and operational results that set the stage for our long-term business growth.

To fulfill our financial reporting obligations in connection with the filing of these reports, PrimEdge, Inc. has engaged Berkovitz, Lago & Company, LLP, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to conduct the required financial audits and to conduct the appropriate reviews of PrimEdge's quarterly financial statements on Form 10-QSB, as well as to review all appropriate financial information relating to our subsidiaries pursuant to SEC guidelines.

I would like also like to mention a few notable advancements by the company, which I believe will significantly bring additional value over time to the company. So far in 2007 we have acquired Orangebox Entertainment, a preeminent production and post production services provider to the entertainment industry delivering next generation digital audio production and post production, expanded our client base through working with the majority of the leading television networks and film studios, and we were nominated for an Academy Award in Asia. These achievements and others lead us to believe with each recognizable milestone we are continually raising the barrier to entry in our respective fields and distancing ourselves from our competition.

Going forward in 2007, the key activities for the company will be: 1) rapid growth through additional acquisitions, 2) expanding sales and marketing of its subsidiaries proprietary products, and 3) meeting all the necessary requirements to gain a listing on the AMEX or similar exchange.

PrimEdge continues to move forward with great enthusiasm regarding the accomplishments of the company in the early part of 2007 and with tremendous and focused confidence in the company's near and long-term business strategy.
