MrDiv - In response to your questions...

The person you met from Rhode Island may be the person posting on this board under the name "Allwaysright". He and many of his people are private placement investors in NNSR.

I am not in the private placement. I invested in NNSR late 2006 prior to the acquisition announcement earlier this year. I visited DKL's facility early March. I have seen and used their products and YES they did work. As a matter of fact, I just spoke with Howard Sidman, President DKL, last evening. He informed me that their plans for acquisition and their products including sales are moving along as scheduled and doing well. I have also spoken with Josh Moser, COO NNSR, on numerous occasions and he has reassured me, time and time again, that they are diligently working on the financing problem that has arisen and that the merger is still intact and underway.

As for my opinion on things, I believe that the money hurdle is a big one, but I believe NNSR can scale that wall in time. Hopefully, operating funds will hold out long enough to accomplish the fundraising task and acquisition.

As for the PPS, it is obviously getting hammered! There are disgruntled investors and non believers making a point. My read is that point is "don't touch this or I/we will screw you to the wall no matter how much it costs" and/or "ha, just screwed that guy who bought at the ask". Hopefully they will either run out of stock or lose their animosity towards NNSR. I wouldn't count on the latter. In any case, we need buyers and and big ones at that in order to get the PPS moving in the right direction. PPS of .04 will allow the warrants to kick in and that would greatly reduce the financial burden.
