there is any evidence of manipulation."


The _BUYING_ and SELLING is pretty indisputable as manipulation. The fact is the nominee records are quite damning. The OSC,SEC and private lawyers are not investigating for fun. Fines, disgorgement, bans, these are all very likely to occur.
