all in my opinion, i think it would be wise for ppl to contact a attorney, it never hurts...but i think for us shareholders that bought online thru brokerages and never had certs, i think it is a pretty clear -cut case that we did nothing wrong...there is just no way someone could win a lawsuit like that....but the law is tricky sometimes...just my simple thoughts,imo,eom...
