I have a question and it is not intended to be a bash. Now that the BDC is no longer, will it require shareholder approval to increase the a/s?

Now for my rant and this is IMO. I have been a shareholder for a long time. I have even spent my dime and gone to meet CB and JC last year. (was out there with DOC an investor friend and our wifes). I liked what I saw, I liked CB, and even JC, but this stock has become one that I love and hate. I must admit that my holdings are now a tenth of what they once were. But I now believe that CB doesn't give a rats butt about shareholders unless he needs money to drill (hence my question).

I also no longer believe the mini Exon story, I think that CB just likes to punch holes in the ground looking for the big one and then the next big one (nothing wrong with that). He has plenty on land enough to punch 4 or 5 holes a year to keep him amused for many years. He now has 2 rigs (one not put to work yet), plenty of water, but probably little cash. I say this because last year he had 4 or 5 permits by now, this year only one. So my guess is we will see PR's when he has shares to sell to give him cash to drill. I will end my rant here because I could go on and on, but it is not like me. Hope you understand just a little annoyed.
