.225 tomorrow? Pretty lofty goal, but definitely attainable with the close today. I was also thinking that tomorrow would be a big day , since nobody would want to wait until next week to take a position before the announcement.

I think that this offer will really propel the PPS, regardless of whether it's accepted. And it's no coincidence that it came right after the financials were submitted IMO, which tells me that somebody has had their eyes on this acquisition for quite some time.
