Hi all. Just got back in on this a couple of days ago. Had it when NDOL had its potential buyout (that still hurts). Anyway afte going through the Ihub box it has listed fair market value of $5.84/Share. Does that number include the Krog reserves and operating expenses ?

Seems from what I am reading most would be happy with $2-$3. Not that its a bad number just seems a little low. Do you think the offer may be lower because it a cash deal ?
