Regardless of what really happened and whether Megas was involed or not, he still cannot really think he can sue me for buying shares of a public company that I was not aware were fraudulent shares, if that is indeed what I hold as of this moment. He can't win because I bought my shares in good faith from Ameritrade. Plain and simple. It isn't my fault and I won't be held accountable. If anything, he is going to get countersued for my legal costs and punative damages of me having to spend my time dealing with this.
