I agree and am not refuting that fact, but it's claiming us a defendatnts. I feel like what it is saying that if you are not on this list, you are being sued. That would be to Mario and his other rat associates. We are being informed of what is going on because we all hold shares. That is my understanding of this whole thing. Granted I haven't gotten mine yet so I don't even know if my name is on the list, but who knows.
