I could care less whether they are posted or not. I have seen both sides filings and GDVM's claims are completely outlandish and outright lies. I have seen enough paperwork to know that they made their claim up. I do hope they do not remove it, it proves their guilt even further IMO.

I like the fact that they tried to switch the co-plaintive to Nexus Capitol from Nexus Asset and when WHKA noticed and issued a pr stating that the REAL Nexus Capitol hasn't even heard of GDVM, they switched back in less than 3 hours! Falcor
