What does calling at this point mean when someone has claimed as FACT items and been provided with INADEQUATE documentation to state such claims.

PS, you can call the company all day long and they can tell you whatever you want to hear and they cant be held to it one iota as per the PR that said not to rely on anything prior and further info can only be relied upon in the form of broadly disseminated PR's.
