Hi Loof,

It depends in large part on the percentage of U308 contained in the Ore, and how much yellowcake is present.

Ore generally contains a very small percentage of Uranium as low as 0.12% but some canadian ores have been found to contain 13%. Yellowcake by contrast contains 90-95% or uranium oxide.

I have found some figures that suggest a 1300 megawatt reactor consumes around 33 tons of U308 a year, and that approx 440,000 tons of ore need to be processed to generate the required 33 tons of U308.

Given the proposed 100,000 tons of ore mentioned in the PR, that would equate to approx 7.5 tons. At 2000lbs per ton this gives us 15000lbs of U308. 15000lbs of U308 x $113.00lb (possibly higher at the point of sale) = $1,695,000.

I have seen figures posted in the multi millions today on the board, I would advise a little caution in getting too carried away with your assessment of what this means. Having said that, this is still a very good figure as a jumping off point, please remember that 100,000 tons of ore is not as large amount as it sounds in the grand scheme of things, and we are talking in excess of 200 claims, this is a good solid start, and a realistic one...

Cheers, J.
