if you already have a position in this, its best to put in an order at some obvious support levels...like a penny or so that way there is a bounce at the support levels and will encourage buyers, plus youll avg down some.

if you dont yet have a position in this then, its best to watch the trading on L2 and whenver you want to get in hit the ASK and youll be filled instantly.
