In fact, you can tell the board is taking the pre-emptive approach of dealing this issue by issuing a PR which addressed the offer AND announced that Aurus was performing DD on it. If anyone remembers correctly, the whole problem with the NWOG debacle is that Parkin went ahead with the PR regarding the alleged buyout BEFORE anyone investigated the interested party or it's offer. When it turned out to be bogus, the PPS headed south and never recovered.

These guys with Aurus are way too savvy to allow this to happen. This deal is the real McCoy, folks.
